Product Use, Safety and Regulatory Notice

Preview draft — product-specific instructions and legal review remain necessary. Last updated: 20 October 2026.

Working draft. Not approved for publication or contract use.

Intended application

Unless the accepted order documents expressly state otherwise, NeoEngress simulated seats, cockpit structures, controls and related hardware are intended for ground-based simulation, training, research, demonstration, display or entertainment. They are not represented as airworthy aircraft components, approved for operational aircraft installation, or capable of live ejection or pyrotechnic operation.

Product scope

Only items and functions identified in the accepted quotation and order documents are included. Photographs and video may show customer-installed seats, panels, avionics, controls, displays, computers, software, adaptors or surrounding systems that are not included. Reference imagery illustrates application context; it is not a bill of materials.

Installation, operation and hazards

Follow the supplied installation, operating, inspection and maintenance instructions. Provide a stable supporting environment, control access, and ensure operators understand the installed configuration. Moving mechanisms may present pinch, crush, entanglement or stored-energy hazards. Keep clear of moving parts, use guards and supervision as specified, and do not operate a product with a required guard removed or a warning ignored.

Product-specific manuals and labels provide additional instructions. These general statements do not replace a site-specific risk assessment or instructions for integrated third-party equipment.

Interfaces and modifications

Customer modifications and third-party equipment can affect loads, clearances, stability, electrical behavior and safety. NeoEngress is responsible for interface dimensions and performance only where expressly identified in the accepted order documents. Raise critical mechanical or electrical interface requirements before ordering. An exclusion for damage caused by a modification does not remove a duty that applicable law places on NeoEngress.

Regulatory statements

Regulatory scope depends on product configuration, destination and intended application. A quotation should identify any declaration, test report, marking or certification included in its scope. No airworthiness approval, aircraft-manufacturer endorsement, CE marking, UL certification, FCC authorization or other approval is represented unless specifically identified in the accepted order documents with its supporting basis. Customers remain responsible for duties that apply to the larger system they design, modify, integrate, import or operate; this does not transfer a legal duty that remains with NeoEngress.

Customer-supplied information

Provide only material you are authorized to share and use. Do not send classified, export-controlled or third-party confidential information. NeoEngress may decline instructions or material that raises legal, safety, security or feasibility concerns.

Product-specific documents

The order documents and supplied manual control the configuration-specific details. Contact info@neoengress.com before installation if instructions, warning labels or scope are unclear.
