Quotations and order formation
A quotation states the offered scope, price, payment schedule, estimated timing and delivery arrangement. It invites the customer to proceed; it is not itself an order. To proceed, reply in writing that you wish to place the order and request the initial-payment invoice. NeoEngress issues the invoice. After receiving the initial payment specified in the quotation, NeoEngress sends written Order Confirmation. Production and supplier commitments begin after that confirmation. A purchase order does not change the agreed terms unless NeoEngress expressly accepts a change in writing.
Payment schedule
Payment is typically arranged in two stages: an initial production payment, followed by the remaining balance before the completed shipment is released for dispatch or pickup. The quotation and invoice state the amount or percentage due at each stage, currency, payment method, due dates and any transaction-specific charges. The split may differ where the project requires substantial upfront investment. Do not send full payment-card details by ordinary email.
Production and timing
Products are made to order and may involve supplier commitments, customized fabrication, batch assembly and order-specific packing. The quotation provides an estimate, not an unconditional delivery date. Customer approvals, late information or changes, supply interruption and other stated dependencies may affect timing. Any applicable statutory delay or cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Delivery arrangement
The accepted quotation identifies the destination, delivery term, named place, edition of any Incoterms® rule, freight mode and allocation of import clearance, duties, taxes, unloading and site access. NeoEngress commonly arranges international delivery through freight and customs partners; air freight may be quoted on request. Delivery does not include installation, lifting or positioning inside a facility unless listed in the accepted scope.
Before dispatch
Any remaining balance is due before dispatch. The quotation or invoice records the agreed stages and amounts. Contact info@neoengress.com if the destination, receiving access or delivery assumptions change before shipment.
